Made for the people who keep a club going
The board
Approves each family before they see anything, sets up teams, invites coaches, and sees open injuries across the club.
Coaches
See their own team, take attendance, check an athlete's allergies and medications at practice, and file injury reports on the spot.
Families
Register their child once, see the team schedule, say when they can't make it, and see who opened their child's medical information.
What the app does
The app is in its first stage. "Working now" means it's built and tested; "In progress" means we're building it.
- Working nowSign in with an emailed code. No passwords to forget.
- Working nowJoin with a club code. The board approves every request before a family sees anything.
- Working nowFull athlete sign-up. Grade, school, sizes, allergies with what to do, medications, insurance, emergency contacts, volunteering and a signed agreement.
- Working nowSchedule and attendance. Practices, games and club events, with attendance by the coach and "can't make it" from parents.
- Working nowInjury reports and an EMS sheet. Filed by the coach, followed up by parents and closed with the outcome; one screen with everything an ambulance crew needs.
- In progressPractice plans and water-break timers, playbooks families can study, and push alerts for injuries and weather.
- In progressCoach applications and training records, fundraisers, sponsor ads and club websites.
Children's information stays with the people who need it
- Each family sees only their own child. Other families never see your child's details.
- Coaches see only their own team. A coach can't open athletes on another team.
- Medical information opens on purpose. Whoever opens it gives a reason, every opening is recorded, and parents can see who opened it and when.
- No Social Security numbers. We don't collect or store them.
- Checked before real families. The app gets an outside security review before any family's information goes in.
